The Mission

Ricky’s Club is a man to man support group, held by facilitators and hosted in boxing gyms. It provides a safe space to all men 18+ to talk about the difficult times of life and a place to seek guidance from other men who may have been through similar situations.

No matter the man, no matter the challenge, all are welcome

Ricky’s Club started at Elite Boxing in Halliwell, Bolton at their Elite Community Hub, a space dedicated to helping the local community. Ricky”s is a fortnightly space for men to talk about the tough times and since it opened in January 2022 many different challenges have walked through the door week after week; From divorce to drug addiction through to a death in the family and feelings of depression.
